Updating Lincolnshire Market Intelligence

Intelligence about Lincolnshire’s performance as a destination was incomplete and fragmented. Information about visitors to the county was out of date and had lost some its relevance. Melanie worked with the public and private sectors to source consumer data and managed a specialist agency to update the profiles of people visiting the county. Where information was missing national data sources were used to fill gaps. All the new intelligence was compiled into a single report for stakeholders to use and make sense of.
