The National Forest Company and three Destination Management Organisations appointed Jason to review the how they were working together and suggest how they could improve their effectiveness. Along with a comprehensive set of recommendations a new Memorandum of Understanding was produced for adoption by the four organisations with a stake in the future of The National Forest.
